A team that investigates before it promises

True Recovery was born out of frustration at watching investors lose capital twice: first to fraud, and then to recovery firms that charge upfront without assessing whether the case has a way out.

Mission

Recover what can be recovered, with honesty about what can't

We assess every case with technical judgment before committing the client's time or resources, and we communicate clearly when a case has no reasonable path forward.

Method

A case file, not a promise

Every case is documented as its own case file: evidence, traceability and actions taken are recorded and available to the client at all times.

Principles

How we handle cases

01

Honest evaluation first

We do not open a case file without first analyzing whether a real path to recovery exists. We would rather say no than charge for a case with no way out.

02

Success-based fees

In most cases, we charge as a percentage of what is actually recovered, not upfront on promises.

03

Case file confidentiality

Case information is handled under a confidentiality agreement and shared only with third parties necessary for the case, with the client's authorization.

04

Direct, verifiable communication

The client has access to the status of their case file and the documentation gathered at any point in the process.

Team

Profiles behind every case file

Capital recovery cases are rarely solved from a single discipline. That's why every case file draws on different profiles depending on what the case requires.

Investigation

Financial traceability analyst

Reconstructs the movement of funds across accounts, platforms and jurisdictions.

Coordination

Case manager

The client's point of contact; organizes the case file and coordinates every stage of the process.

Legal liaison

Coordination with external law firms

Works with lawyers and regulatory bodies when the case requires a formal legal path.

Placeholder profiles to be completed with the real roster, credentials and licenses of the team before publishing the site.
